When Will The 4-Day Workweek Become a Reality?

According to LinkedIn’s latest Workforce Confidence Survey, 54% of U.S. workers picked a 4-day workweek as one of the top three benefits they want employers to offer. Despite that, only 6% of executives said in Gartner’s recent survey that they are implementing it, or even considering it.
